Bring the car in by appointment — or text us photos to start. We document the damage and write a complete estimate.
We coordinate
We send the estimate to your insurer, handle supplements if hidden damage turns up, and keep you posted.
Repair
Body, frame, and paint work done in-house. No surprise charges — we call before anything changes.
Pickup
Walk the car with us before you take it home. If it's not right, it doesn't leave.
You choose the shop — not your insurance company.
Washington law gives you the right to have your car repaired wherever you trust. We've worked with every major insurer since 1997 — bring us the claim number and we'll take it from there.

What people ask after an accident.
Do I have to use the shop my insurance company suggests?
No. In Washington, you choose the repair shop — the insurer pays for proper repair either way. Their 'preferred' list is about their convenience, not your car.
What do I pay?
Usually just your deductible, paid at pickup. If the other driver was at fault, often nothing. Synchrony financing can cover a deductible if needed.
What if you find more damage during repair?
That's called a supplement — we document it, send it to your insurer, and get it approved before continuing. It's routine, and it's our paperwork, not yours.
How long will the repair take?
It depends on parts and approval time. We give you an honest timeline with the estimate and update you if it changes.
